Ronaldo Gullit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Brice Quigley made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Raul Perrando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Abastas in the 21st minute of play forced AMERICA's goalkeeper Brice Quigley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Rivero charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Rivero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mario Rivero hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Raul Perrando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brice Quigley having to make a save. Carlos Fernando Navarro Montoya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Jago went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The Tacura fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Tacura's Raul Perrando looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Brice Quigley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Txanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Perrando in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brice Quigley saved AMERICA from getting behind. 83 minutes into the match, Ruben Abastas notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of AMERICA's Brice Quigley. Brice Quigley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Raul Perrando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacura's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Perrando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brice Quigley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Ronaldo Gullit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brice Quigley was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AMERICA's goalkeeper Brice Quigley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Txanton in the 96th minute of play forced AMERICA's goalkeeper Brice Quigley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tacura's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
