Spectators: 7404 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damian Carlomagno started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as ESTUDIANTES DE CASEROS's Alberto Esiquio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucio Fresco. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Tomas Rami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Fresco having to interfere. ESTUDIANTES DE CASEROS's Aurelio Hermelando got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomasso FC's Amador Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Baudelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Raymond in the 18th minute of play. Tomas Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomas Rami in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lucio Fresco, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Tomasso FC defense, Tomas Rami kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Fresco. The Tomasso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Fresco should have stopped the shot. Tomas Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lucio Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ESTUDIANTES DE CASEROS's Mariano Baudelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Raymond in the 33rd minute of play. Lucio Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th play minute Tomas Rami came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lucio Fresco. 3-0. Tomas Rami received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucio Fresco came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Rami slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Rainerio got free with Lucio Fresco in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Rami to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucio Fresco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Hermelando in the 54th minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, ESTUDIANTES DE CASEROS's Vinicio Rainerio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucio Fresco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Alberto Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tomasso FC's Virgilio Cordarrol got a free kick in the 64th minute. Lucio Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Rainerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Rami blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucio Fresco having to make a save. Vinicio Rainerio spun around in front of the goal 69 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Tomasso FC's goal. After 75 minutes, Tomas Rami made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tomasso FC's Lucio Fresco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelio Hermelando scored 7-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucio Fresco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Tomasso FC's Amador Raymond got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 91st minute, Tomas Rami ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucio Fresco was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ESTUDIANTES DE CASEROS fully deserved thier win.
