When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Radomir Marczyniec sped through Tomasso FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lucio Fresco. Dalmacio Gelacio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgilio Cordarrol in the 21st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Erasto during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tomasso FC! Lucio Fresco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erasmo Quilino went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the game, Radomir Marczyniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Lucio Fresco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, Tomasso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Sugar came free, but Lucio Fresco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Viento Norte FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Viento Norte FC's Radomir Marczyniec looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 38 minutes into the match, Viento Norte FC's Bruno Sugar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucio Fresco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucio Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucio Fresco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elano Arantes struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Lucio Fresco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viento Norte FC. In the 60thth minute of the game Radomir Marczyniec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tomasso FC's Lucio Fresco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Bruno Sugar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Radomir Marczyniec's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Lucio Fresco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lucio Fresco made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Juliano Macena sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Azeari in the 73rd minute of play forced Tomasso FC's goalkeeper Lucio Fresco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomasso FC's Lucio Fresco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Marczyniec in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Viento Norte FC's Bruno Sugar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucio Fresco. Lucio Fresco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. After a rather tough play, Tomasso FC's Virgilio Cordarrol got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute, Elano Arantes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucio Fresco. The goal made the score 0-13. In the 89th minute, Radomir Marczyniec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viento Norte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. Radomir Marczyniec made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 95thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Lucio Fresco would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Viento Norte FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
