In the 6th minute, Defensa y Justicia FC's Melquiades Roldan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tomi Lee. Tomi Lee yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Melquiades Roldans short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Tomi Lee to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The long shot by Delmiro Inko in the 16th minute really tested Tomi Lee's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Melquiades Roldan came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Defensa y Justicia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Roldan couldn't finish the play. Melquiades Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tomi Lee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Defensa y Justicia FC's Melquiades Roldan came free and shot a quick shot against goal 23 minutes in the game, fortunately Tomi Lee had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Vladimiro Nahia hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Melquiades Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The tension between the Lobo FC and the Defensa y Justicia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Defensa y Justicia FC booed when Lobo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Defensa y Justicia FC's Vladimiro Nahia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 33rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tomi Lee but with some difficulty. Melquiades Roldan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Tomi Lee made a huge save. Melquiades Roldan scored 2-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomi Lee, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomi Lee made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Roldan in the 39th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melquiades Roldan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomi Lee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Roldan, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Defensa y Justicia FC's Fabio Nazario got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Melquiades Roldan put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tomi Lee. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Melquiades Roldan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomi Lee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Belasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Melquiades Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomi Lee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomi Lee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Roldan in the 95th minute of play. Defensa y Justicia FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
