Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) CACHI's Marcial Rafel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, CACHI's Paulino Elazar got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Rodrigo Cordeal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Jerardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcial Rafel went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Marcial Rafel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the game, CACHI's Tobias Barbosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgard Jerardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. A collision led to CACHI getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Paulino Elazar hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Roberto Olando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Rafel took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgard Jerardo. Edgard Jerardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Tobias Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Alejandro Oinaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CACHI's Alejandro Oinaz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cayetano Admon in the 43 minute of the game. Paulino Elazar might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgard Jerardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulino Elazar ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Marcial Rafel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Jerardo was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The Chelcos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CACHI were winning 0-3.

Marcial Rafel struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Edgard Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CACHI. In the 53rd match minute, CACHI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Cordeal to maneuver through the defense. Tobias Barbosa's late challenge caught a Chelcos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes CACHI got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Barbosa. In the 57th minute, Teodoro Jago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Chelcos's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Elazar came free, but Edgard Jerardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Rafel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard Jerardo having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Marcial Rafel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marcial Rafel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Edgard Jerardo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Jago in the 72nd minute of play forced CACHI's goalkeeper Miguel Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CACHI's Miguel Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Olando in the 80th minute of play. After 81 played minutes CACHI got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Elazar. 82 minutes into the match, Chelcos's Eugenio Branca broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rodrigo Cordeal kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Miguel Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Olando, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Miguel Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Rafel struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Edgard Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CACHI. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Bladi in the 93rd minute of play forced CACHI's goalkeeper Miguel Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Roberto Olando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Proença was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The CACHI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CACHI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
