The referee ignored Belloco's protests and gave Paolo Herrera a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 played minutes Belloco got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Herrera. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saverio Orlin in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Edur saved Paladar Negro FC from getting behind. Belloco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saverio Orlin in the 41st minute. The corner led to Belloco's Alfonso Furman getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Aquilino Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Herrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 52 minutes into the match, Paladar Negro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Orlin came free, but Aquilino Edur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
