After 35 played minutes ArTifon juniors got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Eufemio. If Genaro Charro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, ArTifon juniors's Alberto Abastas got control of the ball when Tadeo Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Cordara was the one to do the kick off.
