Ladislao Ixidor ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilaire Kaplan in the 20th minute of play forced CENTAURO F.C.'s goalkeeper Leonides Meder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes CENTAURO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luis Gudesteo. 39 minutes into the match, Dragoş Sorin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Amaducci's Emilio Selmo. Emilio Selmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emilio Selmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Sorin in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hilaire Kaplan to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, CENTAURO F.C.'s Leonides Meder got control of the ball when Ezequiel Oro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Selmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Sorin in the 54th minute of the match. Ladislao Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Amaducci's Hilaire Kaplan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonides Meder. That made the score 1-3 after 73 minutes of play. Emilio Selmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Sorin in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Vinicio Bernabel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Selmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Bonadona, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Emilio Selmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Bonadona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Amaducci supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Amaducci would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
