Club Atletico Policial's Jose Cayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Marino in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sin Rayito's zone, Jose Satordi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Rufio came out of the goal and Jose Satordi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Atletico Policial booed when Sin Rayito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Oinatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Policial. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Sin Rayito's Fabian Ekialde got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jose Cayo. Jose Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Ekialde in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Fabricio Frederik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Ekialde got free with Jose Cayo in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Mancio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cosme Rufio having to make a save. Roberto Pitin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Sin Rayito's Fabian Ekialde got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jose Cayo.
