Emirhan Canel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Transito in the 25th minute of play. After 35th play minutes Teodosio Transito shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Emirhan Canel and just under the crossbar into goal. Mario Sadurni hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amancio Sein got free with Emirhan Canel in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, AS Culiavilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patryk Kochanowicz came free, but Benjamim Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mauro Ado came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Velez Capo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Ado couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Emirhan Canel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Sein in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 68th minute Amancio Sein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emirhan Canel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Velez Capo's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Benvide came free, but Emirhan Canel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
