The Moquehuá AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Poncio to make the kick off. Isidoro Min showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Ixidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Ildefonso Palos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gloria Verdinegra AFC! Joel Pio kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Moquehuá AFC's zone, Joaquin Ixidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Min came out of the goal and Joaquin Ixidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Victoro came free, but Jonatan Cordarell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Moquehuá AFC's Lucas Cristofol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonatan Cordarell. That made the score 1-5 after 97 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Moquehuá AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gloria Verdinegra AFC.
