Antonio Artaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Poncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Gloria Verdinegra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Isaio to maneuver through the defense. The Chusca AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Artaldo should have stopped the shot. When Albino Bero fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chusca AFC's protests and gave Albino Bero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Chusca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Bero to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes Chusca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Albino Bero. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chusca AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Artaldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo Luix was the one to do the kick off. Jonatan Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Fortun in the 58th minute of the match. Ivan Berbiz kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Antonio Artaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Ixidor in the 62nd minute of play. Fidel Poncio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antonio Artaldo came out and tried to block the shot, but Fidel Poncio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 64th minute. Antonio Artaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Poncio in the 76th minute. Teodosio Lertxun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Artaldo having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Chusca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Bero to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Chusca AFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Blas Abreu hit a great ball. A hard shot by Constantino Uhin from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Antonio Artaldo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Tibalt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Isaio kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Dalmacio Kemen succeeded in the game's 96th minute to get real power on a long shot . Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Jonatan Cordarell hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-4!
