The supporters of Santamarina FC booed when Loki The Cat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Eli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Maximino Hunfredo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Loki The Cat's Mateo Astrada. Mateo Astrada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Segundo Francia was a little too slow when Filiberto Bikendi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Loki The Cat's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Lando came free, but Mateo Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Bikendi couldn't finish the play. Loki The Cat's Mateo Astrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Ilixo in the 36th minute of play. Mateo Astrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Segundo Francia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Bikendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Santamarina FC defense, Emil Kostadinov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Francia. The Santamarina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Francia should have stopped the shot. In the 64th minute, Emil Kostadinov made a precise shot to the right of Segundo Francia. Santamarina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 66 minutes into the match, Angelo Pierres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Segundo Francia. Santamarina FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Pierres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 73 minutes into the match, Santamarina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Kostadinov came free, but Segundo Francia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
