With an all-out effort, Moreira AFC's Enrique Karmel threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cornelio Mede, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vodka Juniors's Enrique Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Rolado in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Moreira AFC booed when Vodka Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. 柯西正 didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Enrique Karmel managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Moreira AFC's Teo Rolado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the match, Moreira AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Cai came free, but Gustaw Cichewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Karmel came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Moreira AFC's Benito Romano. But to his dismay, Benito Romano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Moreira AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Bernard came free, but Gustaw Cichewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Cichewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Bilicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Gustaw Cichewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Bilicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Benito Romano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Moreira AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Cornelio Mede made a great header on Moreira AFC's corner, it was just that Vodka Juniors's Enrique Karmel managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Mede in the 72nd minute of play forced Vodka Juniors's goalkeeper Enrique Karmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
