Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Tete FC's Ismael Leheren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Ismael Leheren made a precise shot to the right of Constantino Matei. Argentino de San Carlos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Modestio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantino Matei. Argentino de San Carlos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Modestio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Constantino Matei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Leheren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Matei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Leheren in the 20th minute of play. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ismael Leheren sped through Argentino de San Carlos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Constantino Matei. 26 minutes into the match, Argentino de San Carlos's goal looked a bit too open when German Ikatz came free, but Constantino Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Leheren in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Tete FC's Carolo Pio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Constantino Matei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Argentino de San Carlos's Melchor Uhin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Tete FC made a substitution. Sixto Vergaray replaced Victoriano Montrell. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Leheren in the 43rd minute of play forced Argentino de San Carlos's goalkeeper Constantino Matei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Ismael Leheren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th match minute, Tete FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Modestio to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Tulio to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Tete FC's Ismael Leheren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Constantino Matei. That made the score 0-4 after 55 minutes of play. The supporters of Tete FC booed when Argentino de San Carlos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Argentino de San Carlos's goalkeeper Constantino Matei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Pio. Constantino Matei made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ismael Leheren sent off a good shot on target. If Carolo Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismael Leheren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Constantino Matei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tete FC's Carolo Pio got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cosme Jordy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Constantino Matei made a huge save. If Ismael Leheren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th minute, Ismael Leheren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Osorio's late challenge caught a Tete FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Osorio helped the player get up and apologised. Tadeo Berart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Constantino Matei made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ismael Leheren sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Tete FC's Godofredo Xabat to fire away a dangerous shot which Constantino Matei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tete FC played a much better game than Argentino de San Carlos and deserved their victory. The Argentino de San Carlos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
