Javier Claus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Ruy, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Stuart Lees took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Claus. After 11th play minutes Mané Linares shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Javier Claus and just under the crossbar into goal. Javier Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Federigo in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Mané Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Claus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Nueva Atlántis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Peter came free, but Arsenio Crispo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Federigo in the 23rd minute of play forced Conhelo's goalkeeper Javier Claus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Nueva Atlántis FC's Anselmo Ruy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Javier Claus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After some careless play in the Conhelo defense, Romeo Federigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Javier Claus. The Conhelo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Javier Claus should have stopped the shot. Mané Linares took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Claus. Javier Claus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Mané Linares might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Javier Claus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mané Linares ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Conhelo defense, Stuart Lees kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Javier Claus. The Conhelo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Javier Claus should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Romeo Federigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Claus. Conhelo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Federigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. After 44 minutes of play, Nueva Atlántis FC's Romeo Federigo made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Claus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-10 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Ruy to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Bonifacio Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conhelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Beltran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Crispo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 52nd minute, Aaron Tartalo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Claus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. 56 minutes into the game, Mark Kosiorek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Javier Claus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Javier Claus made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Anselmo Ruy sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Beltran during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Beltran kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Romeo Federigo took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Claus. Javier Claus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Nueva Atlántis FC's Romeo Federigo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-18. In the 86th minute, Hugo Vellito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Claus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-19. Eustaquio Ricart scored 0-20 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Javier Claus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Nueva Atlántis FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Conhelo.
