Virgilio Javiero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernardino Duarte showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Eduardo Kinsen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgilio Javiero. The goal made the score 2-0. FC Seleugim 08's Virgilio Javiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Duarte in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, FC Seleugim 08's goalkeeper Virgilio Javiero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everardo Guerau. 28 minutes into the match, Bernardino Duarte notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Seleugim 08's Virgilio Javiero. Virgilio Javiero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 31 played minutes FC Seleugim 08 got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Corderun. In the 36th play minute Everardo Guerau came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Virgilio Javiero. 5-0. Virgilio Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Victorio Lertxun's late challenge caught a Fantasio FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorio Lertxun helped the player get up and apologised. Victorio Lertxun hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Bernardino Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgilio Javiero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardino Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. When Fantasio FC's Bernardino Duarte in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Seleugim 08's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Duarte in the 57th minute of play forced FC Seleugim 08's goalkeeper Virgilio Javiero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Seleugim 08 getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Haroldo Eufemio hit a great ball. Everardo Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Seleugim 08's Melquiades Dalmu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alejandro Rayman. That made the score 6-1 after 65 minutes of play. FC Seleugim 08's Virgilio Javiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Guerau in the 70th minute of play. Virgilio Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Guerau, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Everardo Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Seleugim 08 defense, Everardo Guerau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virgilio Javiero. The FC Seleugim 08 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virgilio Javiero should have stopped the shot. FC Seleugim 08's Virgilio Javiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Kinsen in the 87th minute of play. Bernardino Duarte struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Virgilio Javiero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fantasio FC.
