Bayauca FC's Conrado Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Guzman in the 4th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bayauca FC defense, Anibal Frechoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conrado Diegotxe. The Bayauca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conrado Diegotxe should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darryl Chapman in the 9th minute of play forced Bayauca FC's goalkeeper Conrado Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darryl Chapman, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Anibal Frechoso sped through Bayauca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Conrado Diegotxe. The coaching staff of Aike AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Poz Paramo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Aike AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bayauca FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Epifanio Canor, was totally fooled by Bayauca FC's Bartolo Poncio, who 28 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bayauca FC's zone, Anibal Frechoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Diegotxe came out of the goal and Anibal Frechoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Darryl Chapman came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Aike AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darryl Chapman couldn't finish the play. Anibal Frechoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Diegotxe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Frechoso ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Bayauca FC defense, Anibal Frechoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conrado Diegotxe. The Bayauca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conrado Diegotxe should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Bayauca FC's Hernan Pelagius got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Anibal Frechoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Diegotxe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 46 minutes into the match, Artemio Artizar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Epifanio Canor, 2-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Tallia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Anibal Frechoso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Conrado Diegotxe. The goal made the score 2-5. Bayauca FC's Conrado Diegotxe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Bayauca FC from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Aike AFC were awarded a corner. Darryl Chapman went to the cornerflag to take it. Benedicto Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bayauca FC's zone, Benedicto Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Diegotxe came out of the goal and Benedicto Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artemio Artizar charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artemio Artizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artemio Artizar kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Anibal Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Frechosos short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Conrado Diegotxe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 84th minute Guido Tallia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Canor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leonardo Orlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Poncio's late challenge caught a Aike AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolo Poncio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bayauca FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Bartolo Poncio hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, one of Bayauca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bayauca FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Anibal Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aike AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anibal Frechoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Diegotxe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aike AFC's Benedicto Guzman got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Anibal Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aike AFC played a much better game than Bayauca FC and deserved their victory. The Bayauca FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
