Wilfredo Irrintzi had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Eric Connor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when ARLO FC's Eric Connor after 27 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper to hold. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Astrada to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Juvenal had several of the Gryffindor Lions's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Wilfredo Irrintzi as he didn't even see the shot coming. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Christobal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Americo Tabby hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Froilan Astrada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Santo having to make a save. In the 80th match minute, Gryffindor Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Milian to maneuver through the defense. Luis Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Astrada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ARLO FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eric Connor in the 85th minute. Froilan Astrada took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Santo. Luis Santo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. Gryffindor Lions's Wilfredo Irrintzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Haszczak in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to ARLO FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eric Connor hit a great ball. After having played for 97 minutes, Froilan Astrada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gryffindor Lions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Astrada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
