Armando Veronica kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Isidoro Cebrian shot from long distance in the 5th minute, but Leonides Gervaso was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when Rumi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Txindoki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingos Txindoki made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Serafino Gonzalez. Octavio Gorosti might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonides Gervaso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octavio Gorosti ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute of the match, Octavio Gorosti tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonides Gervaso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 18 played minutes Rumi FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Ixona. If Octavio Gorosti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urmet Rammu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Rumi FC's Leonides Gervaso got control of the ball when Octavio Gorosti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tạ Colado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Leonides Gervaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urmet Rammu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Lapurdi in the 32nd minute of play. Urmet Rammu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Lapurdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Octavio Gorosti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonides Gervaso. Octavio Gorosti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rumi FC's goalkeeper Leonides Gervaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Tạ Colado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falckner FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rumi FC the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Tạ Colado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Vădan came free, but Urmet Rammu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severino Bernat to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavio Gorosti in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonides Gervaso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Octavio Gorosti scored 2-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonides Gervaso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Rumi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Gorosti came free, but Leonides Gervaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Gervaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Gorosti in the 63rd minute of the match. Armando Veronica was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Falckner FC made a substitution. Mauro Cordareo replaced Isidoro Cebrian. In the 64th minute, one of Rumi FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rumi FC. The referee gave Falckner FC a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mauro Cordareo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rumi FC's Leonides Gervaso. 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Vialli in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Gervaso saved Rumi FC from getting behind. Rumi FC's Leonides Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Gianluca Vialli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rumi FC's Leonides Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 82nd minute of play. Leonides Gervaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Vialli, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 92nd minute Daniel Vădan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmet Rammu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Vialli in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Gervaso saved Rumi FC from getting behind. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Falckner FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Rumi FC for much of the match.
