In the 12th minute, Carlos Anaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bonifacio Evis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th minute, Carlos Anaya made a precise shot to the right of Bonifacio Evis. Massa Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Joel Tello who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Jairo Amaya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 21 minutes into the game, TATA FC's Fernando Echeverría nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gheorghe Rupérez charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gheorghe Rupérez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute, Gheorghe Rupérez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, TATA FC's Aureliano Dantel got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Fernando Echeverría fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Evis having to interfere. Bonifacio Evis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Maidana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Soter in the 66th minute of play forced TATA FC's goalkeeper Jairo Amaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Anaya's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Bonifacio Evis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bonifacio Evis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Massa Fc defense, Batu Vatansever kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bonifacio Evis. The Massa Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bonifacio Evis should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute, Cirilo Maidana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Massa Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Echeverría came free, but Bonifacio Evis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TATA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Anaya in the 92nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Cirilo Maidana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bonifacio Evis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. TATA FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
