If Burim Bambov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Burim Bambov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Cosme Ihintza made a huge save. Placido Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burim Bambov in the 22nd minute of play forced AVE FENIX's goalkeeper Cosme Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Tartalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Kaxen having to interfere. Burim Bambov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Cosme Ihintza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Ladislao Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Bernal hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Anacleto Cordarrel's late challenge caught a AVE FENIX's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anacleto Cordarrel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Caburé FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Anacleto Cordarrel hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Anastasio Hori's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Kaxen was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Agustin Kaxen came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by AVE FENIX's Ladislao Lobo. But to his dismay, Ladislao Lobo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. German Tartalo was the one to do the kick off. Edelmiro Hurko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Cosme Ihintza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Burim Bambov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Ihintza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Burim Bambov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Caburé FC's Agustin Kaxen got control of the ball when Placido Erasto tried to sneak it across the goal line. German Tartalo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Agustin Kaxen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cosme Ihintza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burim Bambov, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Agustin Kaxen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Lobo went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the game, one of AVE FENIX:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the AVE FENIX defense, Pablo Urdaspal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosme Ihintza. The AVE FENIX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosme Ihintza should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Caburé FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Aurél Bacsó hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, AVE FENIX failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
