A nice corner shot did that Edelmiro Hurko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sugar Saver quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Edelmiro Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burim Bambov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sugar Saver having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Adán in the 42nd minute of play forced Caburé FC's goalkeeper Agustin Kaxen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurél Bacsó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sugar Saver having to interfere.

The wind increased when Burim Bambov made the kick off in the second half. With 51 minutes on the clock, Baldomiro Naike commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 51 minutes into the game, one of Vélez:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Burim Bambov in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sugar Saver saved Vélez from getting behind. 59 minutes into the game, Caburé FC's Burim Bambov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sugar Saver made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Sugar Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burim Bambov in the 62nd minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Vélez got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Etxahun. After a defensive mix-up in Caburé FC's zone, Florentino Rolado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Kaxen came out of the goal and Florentino Rolado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Vélez defense, Edelmiro Hurko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sugar Saver. The Vélez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sugar Saver should have stopped the shot. When Burim Bambov came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Caburé FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burim Bambov couldn't finish the play. If Burim Bambov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Vélez getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ignacio Salamon hit a great ball. Caburé FC's Burim Bambov got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Tadeo Terciero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vélez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caburé FC the free kick. 79 minutes into the game, Burim Bambov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Sugar Saver was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Burim Bambov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Burim Bambov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caburé FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Burim Bambov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
