With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teddy Mott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Haritz to make the kick off. Futbol Champagne's supporters rose to their feet, but Pitoy Concha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teddy Mott breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tercero Tolentin struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Jeremias Ledesma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Camboyanos. Futbol Champagne made a substitution. Leo Blanco replaced Simon Gitano. Futbol Champagne's Amador Lluis was substituted for Tiburcio Formerio. 71 minutes into the match, Amador Lluis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teddy Mott. Los Camboyanos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amador Lluis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Teddy Mott was a little too slow when Amador Lluis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-2. 82 minutes into the game, Ahmet Davut Yükselir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Camboyanos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Futbol Champagne the free kick.
