Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cirilo Jacob started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Gallina FC's zone, Severiano Bastiaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Luzea came out of the goal and Severiano Bastiaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte booed when Gallina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmiro Gentza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Erruki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Bastiaro in the 13th minute of play forced Gallina FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Luzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Gallina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Araoz came free, but Eduardo Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's goalkeeper Diego Cordarryl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmiro Gentza. A collision led to Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Igor Cedro hit a great ball. When Narciso Araoz came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Araoz couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severiano Bastiaro in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Luzea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Cirilo Jacob scored to the left of an out of position Diego Cordarryl, making the score, 1-0. Eduardo Luzea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Cedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Jacob in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match Isaac Galtero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Cordarryl skillfully saved the ball. Eduardo Luzea came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's Severiano Bastiaro. But to his dismay, Severiano Bastiaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Diego Cordarryl successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Severiano Bastiaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's supporters rose to their feet, but Severiano Bastiaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Luzea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Cordarryl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Gentza in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severiano Bastiaro was the one to do the kick off. Vladimiro Calisto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Diego Cordarryl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvestre Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Perez made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's Tomas Ayala. Diego Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Gentza, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severiano Bastiaro in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Luzea saved Gallina FC from getting behind. In the 63rd minute of the match Hipolito Beliran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Cordarryl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 67 in the game by Severiano Bastiaro from a close distance when the talented Eduardo Luzea managed to make a qualified save. Gallina FC's players were relieved. In the 69th minute Delmiro Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romulo Cordareo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Diego Cordarryl. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Delmiro Gentza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Delmiro Gentza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmiro Gentza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Luzea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Severiano Bastiaro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eduardo Luzea. Diego Cordarryl came out of the goal and Cirilo Jacob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Luzea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Bastiaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When Isaac Galtero fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallina FC's protests and gave Isaac Galtero a yellow card for diving instead. Isaac Galtero kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Miguel FC-S.M. del Monte had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
