In the 13th minute Placido Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ruru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Astor Pancho should have stopped the shot. Placido Astudillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Pancho having to interfere. When Emilio Cordarius came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Villa Martelli Soc. Fom. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Cordarius couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute of the match, Emilio Cordarius tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Astor Pancho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The supporters of Villa Martelli Soc. Fom. booed when Ruru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Baraquiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fom.'s Ulises Rico got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s Ulises Rico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Pancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. 74 minutes into the game, Ulises Rico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Astor Pancho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute Ulises Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulises Rico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Pancho having to make a save. 81 minutes into the match, Ulises Rico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Astor Pancho. Ruru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulises Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0.
