If Ubaldo Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute of the match, Wilfredo Arce got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yerko Walls was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Barni Lattapiat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yerko Walls having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in charatas's zone, Barni Lattapiat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yerko Walls came out of the goal and Barni Lattapiat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Paulin in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yerko Walls saved charatas from getting behind. Orlando Handi hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Florentino Argina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Santo's late challenge caught a El Inter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Santo helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Argina in the 44th minute of play forced El Inter's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Arce to make the kick off. Yerko Walls showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Paulin in the 67th minute of the match. Venancio Isias kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Fermin Richie sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yerko Walls skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Wilfredo Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but charatas's Yerko Walls was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th match minute, El Inter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Barni Lattapiat struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Yerko Walls didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Inter. In the 84th minute of the match charatas got a corner. El Inter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Isias ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hong Sang Xiao during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hong Sang Xiao kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. José Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Santo in the 90th minute of play forced El Inter's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Venancio Isias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. El Inter's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Venancio Isias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. charatas's Yerko Walls played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Arce in the 96th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Eugenio Laurin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
