Marcos Bermudez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Cordaro in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute Flavio Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Amato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Remicio scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustino Amato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the game, Luciano Sauveur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eagleheart FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mainque AFC the free kick. Luciano Sauveur kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Mainque AFC's Marcos Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Furman in the 23rd minute of play. After 29 played minutes Mainque AFC got a freekick which was hit by Santo Eron. 37 minutes into the game, Saul Cordaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marcos Bermudez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Faustino Amato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Demario in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Mainque AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Cordaro came free, but Marcos Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
