Mariano Katia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the game, Victoriano Oro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bendito Sea El Fernet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cayastacito AFC the free kick. Victoriano Oro hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Mariano Katia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Eguntsenti in the 24th minute of the match. Karol Kosowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Mariano Katia made a huge save. 26 minutes into the match, Victoriano Oro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mariano Katia, 2-0. Ismael Pacho kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Donato Bidari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Katia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Amador Luzaide ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mariano Katia. Mariano Katia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 40th minute, Karol Kosowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mariano Katia. The goal made the score 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Kosowski in the 45th minute of play forced Cayastacito AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Katia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Katia made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Karol Kosowski sent off a good shot on target. 48 minutes into the match, Cayastacito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Luzaide came free, but Mariano Katia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Karol Kosowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Victoriano Oro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. After some careless play in the Cayastacito AFC defense, Karol Kosowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Katia. The Cayastacito AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Katia should have stopped the shot. Mariano Katia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Eguntsenti, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bendito Sea El Fernet had played much better football throughout.
