Spectators: 7447 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) San Fernando Eagles's Vlad Enceanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Paul in the 5th minute of play forced San Fernando Eagles's goalkeeper Bartolo Salvator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humberto Benet hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Nacate's Hannes Kruusimaa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bartolo Salvator but with some difficulty. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nacate's goalkeeper Fermin Veremundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Higinio Paul in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bartolo Salvator, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 17 minutes into the game, Higinio Paul recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bartolo Salvator. Higinio Paul showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Polo Quinteros sped through Nacate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fermin Veremundo. San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save San Fernando Eagles from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Hannes Kruusimaa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Salvator was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Higinio Paul who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Bartolo Salvator when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Higinio Paul came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Nacate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Paul couldn't finish the play. Karem Eagles charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karem Eagles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Karem Eagles hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Nacate:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of San Fernando Eagles:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nacate's zone, Vlad Enceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Veremundo came out of the goal and Vlad Enceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Higinio Paul to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Domingo Peron got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, San Fernando Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Kruusimaa came free, but Bartolo Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vlad Enceanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fermin Veremundo was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After 61 minutes, Higinio Paul made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fermin Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vlad Enceanu in the 64th minute of the match. Karem Eagles shot from long distance in the 68th minute, but Fermin Veremundo was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After 69 minutes of play, Nacate's Higinio Paul made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartolo Salvator was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 72 played minutes San Fernando Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Vlad Enceanu. In the 75th minute Hannes Kruusimaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, San Fernando Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Kruusimaa came free, but Bartolo Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Polo Quinteros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fermin Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes of play San Fernando Eagles's Domingo Peron was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to San Fernando Eagles getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Domingo Peron hit a great ball. Bartolo Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute of the match Nacate got a corner. San Fernando Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hannes Kruusimaa ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Hannes Kruusimaa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bartolo Salvator quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 85 minutes into the match, Higinio Paul notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator. Bartolo Salvator was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. San Fernando Eagles were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Nacate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elias Navarro took the corner. The corner ended in Karem Eagles almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nacate's Fermin Veremundo did a great save. 92 minutes into the game, Tadeo Froila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Fernando Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacate the free kick. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Tadeo Froila got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in San Fernando Eagles's zone, Hannes Kruusimaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartolo Salvator came out of the goal and Hannes Kruusimaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Nacate players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
