Viento Patagonico F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Etxeberri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Bernaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fausto Bernaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcos Manny went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fausto Bernaldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Manny's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Marcos Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Claudio Guillen. But to his dismay, Claudio Guillen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fausto Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Manny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Manny in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Bernaldo saved RB Palazzo from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Marcos Manny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Bernaldo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Florentino Txindoki made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Bernaldo. RB Palazzo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Florentino Txindoki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Bernaldo having to interfere. RB Palazzo's Siro Txomin got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnulfo Karmel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Abelardo Bilbo made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Paolo Aurken made the kick off in the second half. Cecilio Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Fausto Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Manuel Casanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Claudio Guillen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viento Patagonico F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Marcos Manny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Fausto Bernaldo made a huge save. Fausto Bernaldo made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Marcos Manny sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Manny did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Fausto Bernaldo 79 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes Viento Patagonico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Manny. Froilan Etxeberri struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Fausto Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viento Patagonico F.C.. Fausto Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Claudio Guillen. But to his dismay, Claudio Guillen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10.
