Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ildefonso Pasqual started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Masked Stars FBJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Emesto to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Masked Stars FBJ's D.J. Dolić got control of the ball when Ildefonso Pasqual tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Masked Stars FBJ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edelmiro Pagomari was slow to take the kick. During this time Phoenix Athletic's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Phoenix Athletic's Edelmiro Pagomari to fire away a dangerous shot which D.J. Dolić despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Robustiano Domingues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of D.J. Dolić. Robustiano Domingues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 12 played minutes Phoenix Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Roldanillo. 14 minutes into the game, Masked Stars FBJ's Teo Geleberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimitri Leconte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. D.J. Dolić made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Lucio Roldanillo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Masked Stars FBJ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Fabricio Vito hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Edelmiro Pagomari took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for D.J. Dolić to make any attempt to save it. Dimitri Leconte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Geleberto in the 30th minute of play. D.J. Dolić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 41 minutes into the match, Lucio Roldanillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of D.J. Dolić, 4-2. In the 44th minute Edelmiro Pagomari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but D.J. Dolić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, D.J. Dolić successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

Masked Stars FBJ's Luisito Efraim was substituted for Elias Loiola. Masked Stars FBJ's Rigoberto Baraquiel was substituted for Ciriaco Goren. Masked Stars FBJ's Jacobo Diagur was substituted for Teo Geleberto. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacobo Diagur to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Masked Stars FBJ got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Emesto. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Edelmiro Pagomari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Phoenix Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Pagomari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. D.J. Dolić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Phoenix Athletic getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Abelardo Nicholas hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Phoenix Athletic's Edelmiro Pagomari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that D.J. Dolić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Phoenix Athletic's Dimitri Leconte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Athletic from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Masked Stars FBJ were awarded a corner. Cayetano Maraman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Masked Stars FBJ's Cayetano Maraman to fire away a dangerous shot which Dimitri Leconte despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Efrain Ieltxu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Masked Stars FBJ's Herminio Emesto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. D.J. Dolić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Pasqual in the 67th minute of play. Jacobo Diagur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd play minute Jacobo Diagur came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dimitri Leconte. 4-3. In the 75th minute, Edelmiro Pagomari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. D.J. Dolić was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. In the 79th minute, Fausto Javiero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 minutes of play, Phoenix Athletic's Robustiano Domingues made it 6-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. D.J. Dolić was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th minute, Ildefonso Pasqual made a precise shot to the right of D.J. Dolić. Masked Stars FBJ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-3. The throw-in from Efrain Ieltxu in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Masked Stars FBJ's Cayetano Maraman. Jacobo Diagur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitri Leconte having to interfere. Rigoberto Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobo Diagur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Masked Stars FBJ's Jacobo Diagur got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Phoenix Athletic were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Masked Stars FBJ for a fine match.
