Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ruben Firmo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rancagua AFC's zone, Bernabe Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Eate came out of the goal and Bernabe Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Eate was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Bernabe Diaz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernabe Diaz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Esteve Rico might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Eate. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esteve Rico ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicolas Sandalio hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Segundo Frantzes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Rancagua AFC's goalkeeper Teodoro Eate had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernabe Diaz. Bernabe Diaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Teodoro Eate made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Barburín AFC's Bernabe Diaz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teodoro Eate. Teodoro Eate yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernabe Diaz got free with Teodoro Eate in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 31 played minutes Rancagua AFC got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Quentin. Teodoro Eate was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernabe Diaz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 31 minute of play. Esteve Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Eate having to interfere. Teodoro Eate didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dolfo Calon went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Barburín AFC's Claudio Viator was substituted for Angelino Gizon. Teodoro Eate was a little too slow when Dolfo Calon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 6-0. Teodoro Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dolfo Calon, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Bernabe Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Teodoro Eate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Rancagua AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Amor to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Barburín AFC booed when Rancagua AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lisandro Maule to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Rancagua AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Victorio Batista hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Dolfo Calon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barburín AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dolfo Calon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Eate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victorio Batista made in the 58th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Evelio Quentin however managed to control. In the 59th minute, Dolfo Calon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barburín AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Victorio Batista made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barburín AFC's Jorge Urtats. In the 67th minute, Victorio Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rancagua AFC's Teodoro Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dolfo Calon in the 69th minute of play. Ramiro Tajo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Teodoro Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfo Calon in the 93rd minute of the match. If Lisandro Maule had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Maule in the 98th minute of play forced Rancagua AFC's goalkeeper Teodoro Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Barburín AFC were the better team. Barburín AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
