Spectators: 7007 (Terracing: 5707, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) Onofre Covarrubias made the kick off and thus started the match. Ruperto Sedeni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orbay Ergener having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Piñeyro's Genaro Padro got a free kick in the 7th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Piñeyro's goalie and right to Konstantinos Pirovolidis. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Piñeyro's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruperto Sedeni in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orbay Ergener saved Piñeyro from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Onofre Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Restu got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Boris Kašpárek. The throw-in from Laureano Cloyo in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Piñeyro's Alfredo Cuarto. Orbay Ergener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Artime in the 32nd minute of the match. Luís Artime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Orbay Ergener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruperto Sedeni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Efrain Trifol lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Esparta FC!

Ruperto Sedeni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orbay Ergener made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Sedeni in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Ruperto Sedeni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orbay Ergener. Piñeyro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruperto Sedeni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice moves Ruperto Sedeni could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Orbay Ergener however easily saved by the left post. Esparta FC's Grigoris Ntountas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fulgencio Osorio in the 67 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Sedeni in the 69th minute of play forced Piñeyro's goalkeeper Orbay Ergener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Piñeyro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Restu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Piñeyro's Orbay Ergener got control of the ball when Ruperto Sedeni tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Piñeyro's Paulo Odol got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Konstantinos Pirovolidis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Ruperto Sedeni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruperto Sedeni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Orbay Ergener made a huge save. Esparta FC's Francisco Vincente quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Omar Restu, made in the 91st minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Esparta FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
