In the 6th minute, Lepra's Esteban Cordaro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Esteban Cordaro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lepra protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Esteban Cordaro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Lepra getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Esteban Cordaro hit a great ball. Lepra's Aldo Etxeberri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Emesto in the 7th minute of play. Modesto Furman took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efrain Esquipula. Efrain Esquipula dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Eustaquio Txordon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lepra getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Modesto Furman hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Norberto Montxo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aldo Etxeberri was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Ulises Rosio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efrain Esquipula was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 30 played minutes Facundouba FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Montxo. Efrain Esquipula was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Modesto Furman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Modesto Furman might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Esquipula. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Furman ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 57 minutes, Feliberto Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lepra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lepra fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Lepra's Modesto Furman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 62nd minute, Modesto Furman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Txordon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lepra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Facundouba FC the free kick. Maximino Emesto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aldo Etxeberri. Lepra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Feliberto Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Efrain Esquipula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Furman in the 69th minute of play. Modesto Furman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celso Giro hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Maximino Emesto kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Norberto Montxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Aldo Etxeberri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Amaya in the 81st minute of play forced Lepra's goalkeeper Aldo Etxeberri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Esquipula having to interfere. Facundouba FC's Efrain Esquipula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Furman in the 90th minute of play. Efrain Esquipula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Barbosa in the 91st minute of play. Aldo Etxeberri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Bilintx in the 93rd minute of play. With his leg Efrain Esquipula managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Lepra's Modesto Furman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lepra's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
