Samuel Ugaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Delmiro Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as sport tachto's Urbano Cebrian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Efthimis Karkavilas. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. The supporters of sport tachto booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. sport tachto's Eduardo Osoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Teodosio Bermund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave sport tachto the free kick. Delmiro Lugo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmiro Lugo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to sport tachto getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Delmiro Lugo hit a great ball. Efthimis Karkavilas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Cebrian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Delmiro Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignacio Etxepare to strike the kick off in the second half. Urbano Cebrian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Delmiro Lugo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Efthimis Karkavilas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute Urbano Cebrian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efthimis Karkavilas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eduardo Osoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Galo charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Galo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmiro Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efthimis Karkavilas having to interfere. Efthimis Karkavilas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Jesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Pascual Jesco scored 4-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efthimis Karkavilas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leon Karlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Eduino in the 91st minute of the match. Efthimis Karkavilas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Jesco in the 92nd minute of play. sport tachto's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
