With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Aimar in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Gonzo saved Piquillín FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Federico Aimar sped through Piquillín FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Florentino Gonzo. In the 26th minute, Federico Aimar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Gonzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.
