After 17 minutes PAMPA MAYO FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alejo Orti who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Corcovado AFC's Jesus Rolado to fire away a dangerous shot which Gavino Salvatore despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in PAMPA MAYO FC's zone, Alejo Orti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Salvatore came out of the goal and Alejo Orti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Amador Macerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, PAMPA MAYO FC's Dante Misael dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ivan Etor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlitos Tevez in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Marcial Solustiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PAMPA MAYO FC's Gavino Salvatore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jedrzej Gacek in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ivan Etor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 40th minute Alejo Orti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlitos Tevez hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
