Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orlando Baraquiel started the match with the kick off. Paolo Guipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Rogelio Fagildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Red Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Berdaitz came free, but Omar Guib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Red Lions getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Pablo Chale hit a great ball. If Eriberto Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th match minute, Vilelas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Ibañez to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Paolo Guipuzkoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Fagildo. Vilelas AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Guipuzkoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a little luck, Red Lions's Omar Guib got control of the ball when Aaron Gabrio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vilelas AFC's Rogelio Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Chale in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Orlando Baraquiel put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rogelio Fagildo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Baraquiel in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Fagildo saved Vilelas AFC from getting behind. Orlando Baraquiel took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Fagildo. Rogelio Fagildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Aaron Gabrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Berdaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Omar Guib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Guib didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vilelas AFC's Aaron Gabrio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquin Iratxo during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Red Lions getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Joaquin Iratxo hit a great ball. Aaron Gabrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aaron Gabrio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Red Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Abeijon came free, but Omar Guib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vilelas AFC's Aaron Gabrio in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Red Lions's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute Pablo Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilelas AFC's Sixto Vincent got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Chale's late challenge caught a Vilelas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Chale helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Red Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Chale to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match, Paolo Guipuzkoa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rogelio Fagildo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Vilelas AFC's Aaron Gabrio in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Red Lions's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Red Lions's zone, Gonzalo Berdaitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Guib came out of the goal and Gonzalo Berdaitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eriberto Ibañez kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Rogelio Fagildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Baraquiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Orlando Baraquiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aaron Gabrio came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Vilelas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Gabrio couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Gonzalo Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilelas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Berdaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Guib breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Aaron Gabrio sped through Red Lions's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Omar Guib. In the 91st minute, Ambrosio Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Red Lions were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Vilelas AFC's much stronger midfield.
