When Venancio Ostargi came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Golden Black fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venancio Ostargi couldn't finish the play. German Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Sugoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Santos Napier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Black's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Miguel F.C the free kick. After 10 played minutes Golden Black got a freekick which was hit by Santos Napier. In the 13th minute, Miguel Orlondon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of San Miguel F.C booed when Golden Black was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evelio Sugoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. German Mancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Venancio Ostargi came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Golden Black fans jumped to their feet. After having played for 24 minutes, Evelio Sugoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Black's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Sugoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Orlondon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, one of Golden Black:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Golden Black. After some careless play in the San Miguel F.C defense, Remigio Lucian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of German Mancio. The San Miguel F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that German Mancio should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, San Miguel F.C's Arnulfo Asier got a free kick in the 38th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Venancio Ostargi made a kick off. Jonas Delin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Mancio having to interfere. Arnulfo Asier charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnulfo Asier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arnulfo Asier hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. German Mancio made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Venancio Ostargi sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st match minute, Golden Black was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Napier to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Golden Black's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Rufio came free, but Celestino Muc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosme Palban hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Rufio scored 2-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celestino Muc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Celestino Muc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Rufio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. German Mancio made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Venancio Ostargi sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute, Fabricio Jakes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. German Mancio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Delin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 80 minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Golden Black was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Jakes to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Venancio Ostargi could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which German Mancio however easily saved by the left post. Jonas Delin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. German Mancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Asier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Celestino Muc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Mancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Delin in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Jonas Delin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
