Marcelo Lucado came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Grant Marrero could save by the left post. Teo Marz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Grant Marrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Arnalt in the 20th minute of the match. With a little luck, Beltran FC's Grant Marrero got control of the ball when Marcelo Lucado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Antonio Vespucio Liberti's Bartolo Bonifaco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Beltran FC's goalkeeper Grant Marrero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Bonifaco. 31 minutes into the match, Beltran FC's Leonardo Precioso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elpidio Txomin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jaime Arnalt made a great header on Antonio Vespucio Liberti's corner, it was just that Beltran FC's Grant Marrero managed to reach the ball for a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Grant Marrero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Leonardo Precioso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beltran FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antonio Vespucio Liberti the free kick. Antonio Vespucio Liberti's Elpidio Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pänah Timah in the 89th minute of play. In the 89th minute Pänah Timah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
