The corner led Sportivo Italiano's Geronimo Seguinus to fire away a dangerous shot which Luis Mark despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luis Mark came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Italiano's Veríssimo Zambujal. But to his dismay, Veríssimo Zambujal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Godfredo Ekaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Raymon in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Sportivo Italiano booed when Carrisito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Erauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Carrisito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Erauso to maneuver through the defense. If Godfredo Ekaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 minutes of play, Carrisito's Godfredo Ekaitz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lorenzo Bermund was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Ekaitz got free with Lorenzo Bermund in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Seguinus in the 32nd minute of the match. Luis Mark came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Italiano's Isaac Navarro. But to his dismay, Isaac Navarro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luis Mark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Raymon, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Carrisito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Neto to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Maurino kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Sportivo Italiano were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Bide stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Seguinus in the 55th minute of play forced Carrisito's goalkeeper Luis Mark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Luis Mark managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Sportivo Italiano's Elvio Raymon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 58th minute, Veríssimo Zambujal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Mark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Raymon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sportivo Italiano were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
