A wasted opportunity for Sumampa AFC. 16 minutes into the match, Angelino Bernard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Hitz. Pescadores's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelino Bernard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Melquiades Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pescadores's Benjamin Hitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Bernard in the 26th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Pescadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Ongile to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sumampa AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Epifanio Filipo hit a great ball. After 31 minutes, Eustacio Eli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sumampa AFC and the Pescadores players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benjamin Hitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Bernard, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The attack was good, but when Melquiades Belmiro in the 58th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Nicolas Galtero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Cresitobalo in the 61st minute of the match. Edgardo Milian was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. Sumampa AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 67 minutes, Fulgencio Weterio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pescadores and the Sumampa AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Sumampa AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
