An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Lluciano in the 28th minute of play forced Lafinur's goalkeeper Francisco Lluc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lafinur's Francisco Lluc got control of the ball when Tiburcio Salvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
During the 53rd minute of the match Nunez Piearres completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Nunez Piearres a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Lafinur's Nunez Piearres got a free kick in the 54th minute. Tiburcio Salvino was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind TALLERES DE WILDE's goalkeeper Amado Galo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of TALLERES DE WILDE's goalie and right to Gustavo Asur. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. TALLERES DE WILDE's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Santos Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amado Galo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Che in the 67th minute. When Santos Che came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Lafinur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Che couldn't finish the play. After 72 played minutes TALLERES DE WILDE got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Lluciano. In the 74th minute, Lafinur's Santos Che ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amado Galo. Amado Galo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After 77 played minutes TALLERES DE WILDE got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Lluciano. Santos Che blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Galo having to make a save. Lafinur's Francisco Lluc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Txanton in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Nuno in the 93rd minute of play forced Lafinur's goalkeeper Francisco Lluc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 96 in the game by Santos Che from a close distance when the talented Amado Galo managed to make a qualified save. TALLERES DE WILDE's players were relieved. Lafinur were furious when Silvester Cowling was red carded, 98 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lafinur! In the 99th minute there was a penalty for TALLERES DE WILDE. Baldomero Nuno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Francisco Lluc. 3-1.
