In the 4th minute, Leon Raymundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Botello came free, but Aaron Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Paul scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Pereyra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quilmes Atletico Club's Rafael Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Guilabertus in the 26th minute of play. Carlos Haimar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Quilmes Atletico Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Benicio Botello got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aaron Pereyra was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Leon Raymundo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leon Raymundo really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 38 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goalkeeper Aaron Pereyra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Raymundo. 45 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Barbosa came free, but Aaron Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Aquilino Perez fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aston Birra's protests and gave Aquilino Perez a yellow card for diving instead. Aquilino Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Quilmes Atletico Club made a substitution. Gustavo Quiroga replaced Benicio Botello. In the 48th match minute, Aston Birra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Perez to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pablo Guilabertus made a kick off. Aaron Pereyra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Haimar's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Raymundo in the 56th minute of play forced Aston Birra's goalkeeper Aaron Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Haimar in the 57th minute of the match. Leon Sowa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Pereyra having to interfere. Aaron Pereyra came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Quilmes Atletico Club's Leon Raymundo. But to his dismay, Leon Raymundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Aaron Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Roque Barbosa scored 8-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Pereyra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute Roque Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Carlos Haimar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Pereyra was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 80 minutes into the game, Erubiel Gurutz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Aaron Pereyra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute, Roque Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Haimar scored 11-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Pereyra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leon Raymundo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Pereyra. Aaron Pereyra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. In the 93rd minute Roque Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Raymundo took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Pereyra. Aaron Pereyra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. There was no doubt that Quilmes Atletico Club were the better team. Quilmes Atletico Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
