In the 7th minute of the match Teofil Narbut shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Batista showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Teofil Narbut came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Argentina AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofil Narbut couldn't finish the play. Apolo Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Claus in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mono Naranja's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teofil Narbut was slow to take the kick. During this time Argentina AFC's players had a chance to rest. Pedro Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Batista having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Elvio Galeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentina AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Galeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Batista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Emilio Ofelio fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mono Naranja's protests and gave Emilio Ofelio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Emilio Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emilio Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Braulio Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentina AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Teofil Narbut in the 26th minute. The corner led Argentina AFC's Teofil Narbut to fire away a dangerous shot which Apolo Batista despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pedro Osoitz took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Batista. Apolo Batista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Paulino Perrando scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Jobo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teofil Narbuts short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Apolo Batista to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 40th minute, Teofil Narbut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentina AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 43 minutes in the game Abelardo Galtero did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Elvio Laurgain.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofil Narbut was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Mono Naranja got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Naelio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Claus in the 56th minute of play forced Mono Naranja's goalkeeper Apolo Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofil Narbut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Argentina AFC made a substitution. Gervasio Arnas replaced Emilio Haritzeder. Gervasio Arnas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Apolo Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Naelio's late challenge caught a Argentina AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Naelio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, one of Mono Naranja:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mono Naranja. Mono Naranja:s Apolo Batista showed great skill when he stopped Teofil Narbut:s penalty. 69 minutes into the match, Mono Naranja's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Claus came free, but Apolo Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Arnas in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Elvio Galeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Apolo Batista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mono Naranja's Apolo Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Narbut in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Pedro Osoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Mono Naranja's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Galeno came free, but Apolo Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gervasio Arnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Argentina AFC made a substitution. Amador Bermund replaced Elvio Galeno. Argentina AFC's Cristobal Ebardo was substituted for Braulio Claus. 95 minutes into the match, Teofil Narbut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Batista. Mono Naranja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofil Narbut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Argentina AFC fully deserved thier win.
