Brama Brama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 何悦康 in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brama Brama saved Matute Fc from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Matute Fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Independiente:s goal. With a little luck, Matute Fc's Brama Brama got control of the ball when Zeledon Hulberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. When 何悦康 came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 何悦康 couldn't finish the play. Marcelo Tibalt kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Brama Brama didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 何悦康 went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Conrado Txilar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brama Brama read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After 33 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Txilar. Beto Bologna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Poremba in the 37th minute of the match. Matute Fc were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Independiente's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Apostolikas Liolidis took the corner. Adolfo Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Brama Brama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conrado Txilar made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Txilar in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brama Brama saved Matute Fc from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Hulberto in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brama Brama prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Matute Fc defense, 何悦康 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brama Brama. The Matute Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brama Brama should have stopped the shot. Zeledon Hulberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brama Brama. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeledon Hulberto ran back to his position shaking his head. Conrado Txilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brama Brama having to interfere. Conrado Txilar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brama Brama having to make a save. Brama Brama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Txilar in the 79th minute of play. Brama Brama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Hulberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Hulberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brama Brama having to make a save. When Independiente's Zeledon Hulberto in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Matute Fc's goalie prevented a goal. Marcelo Tibalt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Beto Bologna made a huge save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Independiente had played much better football throughout.
