With a little luck, OLAYON FC CDE's Gilberto Maurin got control of the ball when Emiliano Daunte tried to sneak it across the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, OLAYON FC CDE's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Furman came free, but Gilberto Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Daunte got free with Gilberto Maurin in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilberto Maurin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Crispo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 7th minute of the match, Gaspar Crispo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gilberto Maurin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, OLAYON FC CDE's Silvano Niva got a free kick in the 15th minute. Gilberto Maurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Crispo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes OLAYON FC CDE got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Tabb. A nice corner shot did that Gonzalo Estebano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilberto Maurin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gilberto Maurin was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Gaspar Crispo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gaspar Crispo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Roman Frutos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Gilberto Maurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Furman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Olayo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Gonzalo Estebano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. After 43 played minutes, OLAYON FC CDE's Victoriano Gartzea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgard Mundo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OLAYON FC CDE reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esteve Barea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Maurin came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by CUBANO's Emiliano Daunte. But to his dismay, Emiliano Daunte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 57th minute, Gaspar Crispo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Maurin was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 61st minute, Gonzalo Estebano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Daunte in the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Gaspar Crispo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Maurin was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 75 minutes into the game, Rogelio Furman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Gilberto Maurin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the game, Gaspar Crispo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in OLAYON FC CDE's zone, Gonzalo Estebano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Maurin came out of the goal and Gonzalo Estebano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute Gonzalo Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Maurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CUBANO had won after a very even match.
