In the 8th minute, Juan-Sebastián Torres fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Clemente Bernat, passed just outside the right post. 11 minutes into the game, Enrique Arósio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Clemente Bernat. Enrique Arósio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Singlar club's Clemente Bernat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Singlar club from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, Juan-Sebastián Torres made a precise shot to the right of Clemente Bernat. Singlar club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 31st minute, Jerry Ingemarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan-Sebastián Torres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clemente Bernat came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan-Sebastián Torres slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 34th minute. After 36 minutes, Johannes Tveito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Singlar club and the Velez players grew even worse after the yellow card. Singlar club's Clemente Bernat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Singlar club from getting a goal against them. Enrique Arósio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Clemente Bernat made a huge save. After 46 minutes Singlar club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enrique Arósio who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Velez's corner Jindřich Přecechtěl fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Clemente Bernat quite easily take care of the ball. Clemente Bernat made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Jedrzej Tomaka sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jedrzej Tomaka made a kick off. A collision led to Singlar club getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Albino Gauargi hit a great ball. Clemente Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Sebastián Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Rioja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Castulo in the 60th minute. Braulio Castulo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Fulgencio Rioja skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Clemente Bernat came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Velez's Enrique Arósio. But to his dismay, Enrique Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 65 minutes of play, Velez's Jedrzej Tomaka made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Bernat was left in no man's land by his defense there! Singlar club's Clemente Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Tomaka in the 70th minute of play. Velez's Juan-Sebastián Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Jedrzej Tomaka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Bernat was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Edgard Ermano kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Tomaka in the 78th minute of play forced Singlar club's goalkeeper Clemente Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Singlar club's Fulgencio Rioja threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dionisio Orland, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Clemente Bernat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Tomaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Jedrzej Tomaka took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Bernat. Clemente Bernat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jedrzej Tomaka in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Bernat saved Singlar club from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Velez fully deserved thier win.
