Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) C.A Costa Azul's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Raimundo Aurken scored to the left of an out of position Maximo Lauro, making the score, 1-0. Maximo Lauro came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Stingrays's Ezequiel Oriche. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Oriche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Maximo Lauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Mann in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Eustaquio Lauro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maximo Lauro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eustaquio Lizardi hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27thth minute of the game David Trezeguet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stingrays's Tiger Casillas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cristobal Gaitan fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A Costa Azul's protests and gave Cristobal Gaitan a yellow card for diving instead. Cristobal Gaitan kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A Costa Azul! Maximo Lauro had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Guillaume Mann's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Stingrays booed when C.A Costa Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Palben didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Eustaquio Lauro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximo Lauro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Stingrays's Raimundo Aurken nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximo Lauro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gerardo Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Gerardo Xabel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stingrays and the C.A Costa Azul players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Stingrays was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Xabel to maneuver through the defense. Tiger Casillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Trezeguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillaume Mann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guillaume Mann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ceferino Piorno's late challenge caught a Stingrays's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ceferino Piorno helped the player get up and apologised. Ceferino Piorno kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Guillaume Mann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Raimundo Aurken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stingrays's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Aurken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Lauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Palben charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Federico Palben the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Federico Palben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute of the match Eustaquio Lauro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximo Lauro skillfully saved the ball. In the 79th minute Eustaquio Lauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Lauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristobal Gaitans short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Tiger Casillas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 89 minutes into the match, Cristobal Gaitan notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Stingrays's Tiger Casillas. Tiger Casillas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th match minute, C.A Costa Azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Piorno to maneuver through the defense. Stingrays were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C.A Costa Azul for a fine match.
